      If you do a lot of the things she's doing, you'll damage various parts of your body. For example, jumping up and down with a kettlebell then pulling it up will put excessive stress on the shoulder and will damage it.

    Ont have kettlebell. I somehow managed to do with dumbbells.nice moves, looking forward for more dumbbell workouts. One of the top most in my list.

    I love all your workouts, your routines really changed my body, not only do I look better but my endurance and strength regarding cardio are so much improved. I would love some workouts with no equipment or light weights to grow booty and for belly fat. Although all of them help!! Besos desde España.
